Hello friend!

If you’re here for the first time, I’d love to tell you a bit about myself. I’m a dedicated wife to a hardworking and athletic dude named Travis. Together we have two very wild but equally precious children, Oliver and Emerson. I adore kids and am currently operating my very own home childcare program. I have always loved working with children and I am very passionate about the importance of the early years.

Reading has been a favourite hobby for as long as I can remember. I am continually amazed at the power of words and their ability to invite us into adventures, encourage change, or lift a soul. Writing is more than a hobby for me. It is as if my heart spills out onto the page when I write and I feel a little lighter afterward. My dream would be for the words I write and speak to build community, encourage others, to call out the best in them, and to invite them to join me in trying harder to walk in love.

Some people collect things or experiences. I tend to collect people. There’s nothing on the planet that feels a more worthy investment than relationship. I love to love. And I’ve been hurt enough to know that I never want to be the reason that someone else is broken. This blog is an opportunity for me to share pieces of my heart and experiences from my life.
